Business development for positive impact in the food system.
The global food system faces a range of social and environmental challenges. It accounts for 25-30% of greenhouse gas emissions and 70% of global freshwater use, biodiversity loss, soil degradation, food waste, low incomes in global supply chains, to name a few. Sweden needs bold solutions to the challenges in our food system.
By redirecting capital and prioritizing businesses that drive positive impact, we can accelerate the transition to a food system that nourishes both people and the planet. Profitability and impact can go hand in hand.
